From a software product manager to an aspiring tech founder, my journey has been one of relentless self-education. In 2022, after parting ways with a blockchain startup I co-founded, I found myself entranced by the vast ocean of possibilities within artificial intelligence. Eager to chart my own course, I set sail into the world of AI, ready to conjure up my own brand of magic.

But as I navigated through the AI landscape, I encountered uncharted waters filled with ethical quandaries and technical mazes.

Questions loomed like towering waves:

• How does building AI products diverge from traditional software development?
  What frameworks pave the way?
• How can we augment human effort rather than replace it?
• What does deployment look like in the AI realm?
• What shape does an MVP take when it's AI-native or AI-enhanced?
• Can a startup captain steer their ship in this big-tech-dominated sea? just to begin with.
  
  In my quest for answers, I poured thousands into AI courses and coaching, seeking the lighthouse of enlightenment. Yet, often, the cost outweighed the catch, leaving me adrift in a sea of high hopes and low returns. AI education seemed more like a siren's call, tempting yet treacherous for those thirsting for knowledge.

That’s when I decided to turn the tide. Why not share my voyage with fellow navigators? Why not build a beacon for those embarking on their own AI adventures, thirsty for knowledge yet wary of the whirlpools?

WhatHow is more than just a logbook of my journey; it's a rallying point for founders, AI aficionados, product managers, and the eternally curious. It's for anyone ready to dive deep into AI, not just to stay afloat in the latest trends but to swim responsibly in the waters of impact and innovation.

Amidst the excitement of building something in AI and the allure of the millions being poured into the AI industry, I, like many, was initially swept up in the fervor.

However, the tide quickly shifted as news of AI's potential for unfairness and its slow adoption by the masses began to surface. Statistics showed how the sluggish embrace and retention of AI technologies were leaving many behind, sparking a realization in me: there was a crucial need to bridge the gap between market needs and demands.
Many are still grappling with how to integrate AI into their businesses and daily lives to enhance efficiency.

WhatHow was born out of my own curiosity and a desire to create a community of like-minded individuals.
